   Since we are not Dr. Martens, we would not know. The purpose of these Doc pages is to give you the option to buy via mail order from our store in New Jersey.
   
   
2. What's the difference between Smooth and Greasy?
   Smooth is high shine. Greasy is a dull finish. Smooth is a hard leather. Greasy is a soft leather. Smooth can be polished. Greasy can only be polished with Dubbin.

   No, sorry. Half sizes are not available.
   
   
4. Are the Soles of Docs oil resistant?
   Yes, they are Oil Resistant, but they are not Oil Proof.

   No, sorry, any Docs we are able to get are listed on our website. But you could try using the Search Box on our site to find the Style #.
   
   
8. If I order using my credit card when will it be billed and to whom?
   Credits are NOT billed until the order is shipped. Your credit card statement will be billed to W F, Inc.
   
   
9. My Docs are in need of repair, can you help me?
   If you bought your Docs from us less than 14 days ago refer to our terms page for instructions. If you did not buy your Doc from us we suggest you either contact the retailer you did buy them from or if they are very old contact Doc Martens to find out about any warranties they might offer.

11. I heard that Dr. Martens come with a life time warranty? Is that true?
    That is false. Although Dr. Martens will replace defective footwear, it has no expessed warranty.
    
    
12. I have a problem with my Docs and need them repaired? What can I do?
    You can try bringing them to a local shoemaker. Another solution may be to take them back to the place of purchase. Many stores will attempt to have them repaired, but you should know that they are under no obligation to do so.
    
    
13. I can't seem to find a specific pair of Docs. How can I find them?
    The best way is to know the style number and the color. There are many slang expressions when it comes to Docs. This can create a problem in locating the right pair. Also you should know that there are always new styles and colors coming out and older ones discontinued, so it may be impossible to find the exact pair you are looking for. 14. If I order from you, how long can I expect to wait for my Docs?
    If the style, color and size are in stock, allow 2-3 days for order processing and depending on what part of the country you are in, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. If the Docs you are ordering are not in stock, we can usually get them to you in 3 to 4 weeks. If you are familiar with Dr. Martens, you know all about past availability problems, so it is ALWAYS best to plan on a 3 to 4 week wait, especially with rare styles. 15. But I need my new Docs soon. What is the best way to be sure I'll get them on time. It is always best to allow yourself as much time as possible when ordering Docs. Be wary of companies that promise quick delivery. If you absolutely need your Docs in a hurry, there are 3 things you should consider.
1. Always check on availability. You can do this by calling us at 732.557.6394 between 9am and 5pm EST Mon-Fri.
2. Request one or two day delivery (additional charge), especially for people not on the East Coast.
3. Consider a similar style or color. There are many styles of Docs that are very similar to each other. Take the time to examine all the Dr. Marten pages.
